Children of the Triangle is a contemporary dance piece that sheds light on the relationships that exist within a family or small community.  Although the work is based in physicality and structure, there is also space and support for the performer to react in the moment. Ritualistic and intense, this work is driven by the live music of Paul Shepherd, representing a higher power that supports and rules the family.

The work began as an 8-minute trio in August 2009, and has since grown into an hour-long work with 6 performers.  Through the support of Toronto Arts Council, Ontario Arts Council, and the CreatiVenture Collective.

This piece was the very first presentation at The Citadel:  Ross Centre for Dance in Regent Park, Toronto.
