Paul Shepherd

PAUL SHEPHERD (composer, musican)  Paul is currently studying at Berklee College of Music online.  He also studied music performance at the Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta, and jazz drumming and composition at Capilano College in Vancouver, BC.  He mainly collaborates with musician Owen Marchildon, choreographer Valerie Calam, and filmmaker Francisca Duran. He has been commissioned by Toronto Dance Theatre, Deviation Dance, Ryerson Dances , and Alias Dance Project.  He created “Insecta Lepidoptera” with filmmaker Francisca Duran for Nuit Blanche 2007.  He scored the full-length film “Lost Adventures in Childhood” by director Scott Harper (CTV),  “Sunday Night Documentary” (CTV) and “Kenny and Spenny” (Comedy Network). Paul has performed with the Damo Suzuki Network, Rough Skeletons, Purple Hill, and The Tight Ship.
